Our Weekly Cleaning & Maintenance Service

Our standard once-a-week service keeps your pool sparkling clean and perfectly balanced. All routine chemicals are included at no extra charge.

• Chemical Testing & Maintenance – Free & Total Chlorine, pH tested weekly. Total Alkalinity tested monthly. All chemicals Included(Chlorine, Acid, Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarb, DE.) Extra charge Shock, Algaecide, Phosphate Remover, Cyanuric Acid, Copper Sulphate etc.)
• Thorough Brushing of walls, steps & floor
• Skimming the surface
• Emptying skimmer, pump baskets & leaf cannisters
• Equipment function check
• Monitoring & maintaining your cleaning system (vacuum, in-floor pop-ups, etc.)
• Vacuuming as needed
• Backwashing at least once per month (or as needed)
• Salt cell maintenance (if applicable)

Additional Maintenance (As Needed)

These services are performed when required and billed separately:

• Filter cleaning (DE, Cartridge, or Sand) – $150 each (performed as needed)
• Replacement of skimmer/pump baskets, o-rings, etc.
• Replacement of floating chlorinator
• Salt additions for salt systems
• Fuel surcharge (when applicable)
